Art has always been a part of me.
I’ve been drawing and painting since I was in early grade school. What started as something I simply loved doing became a passion that stayed with me as I grew up.
For a long time, that creative side of me was something I kept in the background. Lately, I’ve felt a stronger pull to dive back into it—to create, experiment, and see where that part of me can go.
That’s where Rikers Collective began.
My goal isn’t just to make paintings. I want to create artwork that people can bring into their own spaces and lives—pieces that make you stop for a moment, spark an idea, create a sense of wonder, or simply make you curious.
Every painting starts with a blank canvas and an idea, but where it ends up is part of the fun. I want to keep exploring color, texture, subjects, and different ways of creating while sharing that journey along the way.
